For families and friends

Families no longer live as close to each other as they once did. Careers, young families and busy lifestyles all have a bearing on the practical realities of caring for an elderly or younger relative in need of companionship and home support services.

Entrusting the care of a loved one with a stranger is not an easy decision to make.

We are here to help support the family and will fully engage with you to ensure your parent or relative is well cared for at all times. We provide support for families and carers (as well as respite care) and services for people with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. We can assist in the organisation of personal care, where needed, provided by a fully qualified nurse or support worker dependent on requirements.

All of our caregivers are kind, sensitive and trained to listen. They will support you and your relatives in their own homes.  All of our team undergo an enhanced DBS screening. We only employ mature people with life skills and experience. People who are warm, friendly and reliable. Our companions share our values to provide quality personalised care and be the ‘perfect fit’.

For an initial confidential discussion, please contact Home Comfort Services.

Once you’ve met with our Care Manager and decided what Home Comfort Services are needed and how often these may be required, we’ll agree an individual support plan within an affordable budget.
