Home Comfort Services are tailored to your lifestyle and personal choices. All our visits are a minimum of one hour to give you the time and personalised attention you want and need.

We offer an initial free of charge meeting to discuss your needs. This can be either from the comfort of your own home or within the welcoming atmosphere of our local offices.

At times we can all feel a sense of loneliness or isolation. Asking for help can affect each of us in different ways.  We all have our individual needs. It’s about what makes you happy and helps you continue to lead an independent and fulfilled life.

Perhaps you want someone to pop in on a regular basis for a chat. Maybe you need a little assistance around the home. Perhaps you’d like help with shopping and errands. Maybe you’d like to be accompanied to the theatre or other local social events.

Whether you are paying for our support yourself or receiving direct payments from the council or your care is completely funded by the council, we provide the same quality and continuity of support that all our clients can depend on.

Once you’ve met with our Care Manager and decided what Home Comfort Services you need and how often you’ll require them, we’ll agree an individual support plan within a budget that you can afford. We’ll then arrange an informal meeting with your proposed caregiver.
